England v India has all the making of a humdinger even if both teams are already assured of their semi spot at that point.

No more interesting games until the semis (which according to the long range forecast have a high chance of being washed out). This is the problem with the 10 team round robin format.

No problem with the format. England is just a rubbish to play ICC tournaments.

I mean the problem is that there are too many dead rubbers. Would be the same anywhere

Eng vs. BD, if they can somehow meet in the KOs, could be exciting (2-1 to BD in last 3 WC games)
