Bur If scrapping IWT is morally ethically wrong then how can using it as leverage is not wrong in same moral and ethical standards. We have a aspiration to resolve water issue and connect all Indian rivers. For me it is standard infrastructure development policy internal to India. In times of similar moral and ethical standards of Pakistan, we may share the resources after general consensus. Indus water is Indian water.
