Nitish Rana vs Krunal Pandya

Seeing the utility value of Rana in the VH trophy , is there a case for him in the T20 side. He can play big shots.  He can bowl similarly. A gun fielder too. He is more a specialist bat than Krunal.

Nitish rana is a better batsman

Krunal is a better bowler

 

Both are bad against short pitch bowling and the t20 WC is in Aus 

 

Nitish will have to compete with other batsman, his bowling is more of part time

Krunal at this point owns a place in t20 side, he has a MOM every overseas series till now . At this point there shudnt be even a question on his place in t20 side

Its good Krunal is aT20 regular now and For me Nitish, Surya Kumar Yadav, Shreyas Gopal - guys who have been consistently good in the IPL should have been in the T20I XI for a while, to see how they fare...certainly over the last two series vs WI especially and SA we should have rested some regulars and tried these guys out

Shivam dube is better than Nitish rana

Nitish Rana is a good bat and a Kedar Jadhav kind of bowler. Will be a good addition to the T20 side

As a batsman and fielder Rana is already better than Krunal. This guy just bowls everything at 110 kph. Eventually teams will start lining up against him.
