Is India an independent country?

It appears that isn't. Any foreigner with money can interfere in India's politics. India is very much a colony, nothing has changed.

In a crucial judgment delivered on Friday, the Supreme Court held that an organization cannot be deprived of its right to receive foreign funding by being declared a political organization merely because it uses legitimate means of dissent for public causes [Indian Social Action Forum (INSAF) v. Union of India].

 

The judgment was delivered by a Bench of Justices L Nageswara Rao and Deepak Gupta.

It was held that under the Foreign Contributions (Regulation) Act, 2010 [FCRA], an organization termed as being of "political nature" cannot be deprived of its right to receive foreign funds merely because it engages in legitimate and political means such as hartals, bandhs etc for demonstration of dissent and for public causes.

 

If this is allowed, then nothing will move in this country. This will legitimise all anti national activities. Forget permitting, this should be made a penal offence.

 

The foreign money is used to stall Hydro power projects so that we import turbines. They organise strikes to avoid international competition. The arms lobbies scuttle indigenous defence projects. The money is used for spying and to foment terror and insurgency in India.

 

India effectively has no government.

1. BJP also relies on foreign funding. heavily.

2. Legal channels are easier to trace. even if you ban foreign funding to dubious organizations, the money still flows into the country through underground channels. Russia has a 'foreign agent law, which doesn't outrightly restrict political activism on the ground. that could be a containment measure for india.

3. Drawing attention to foreign funded NGOs creates greater awareness of what india is up against. if people are aware of what these organizations are doing, then their activities would face greater resistance

This is an open secret among the Indian elite not known to the masses. This is the reason why there is tons of things produced here and still some people are poor. India can be the bread basket for the entire world if managed properly. We usually blame it on mismanagement and corruption but behind it all remains the hidden hand of the world elite. We are not free neither is any first world country. Infact USA and UK are one of the tightly controlled nations in the world and they laugh at North Korea and Iran just like how Indians these days laugh at pakistan and not concentrate on their real and immediate economic threat such as China.

Also banks control the whole world not governments and the elite are behind it. Every nation has a centralized bank and every money is made out of the same paper. Who knows maybe they are all outsourced to China Gaddafi and Saddam were the so called bad guys but they were in on it too. The fake execution caught on camera is to show you that if someone opposes the central bank, they will meet the same fate. Who knows Saddam and Gaddafi are probably still alive. Don't worry about BJP or congress they are all for show. SC is just another show. Even in layman terms, can you raise your voice against a policeman or a politician. There is no true freedom.
