wriddhiman saha 36 yaers by october overage need to give youngster 

Umesh yadav under performing cricketer(especially when tour Abroad)

Ravichandran Ashwin 34 yrs by september need ideal replacement by one years

Cheteshwar Pujara 32 years need ideal replacement by 2  years

In test cricket Rahane has to go & Gill has to play. I'd love to see Gill playing in Australia but not gonna happen. 

Ashwin is OK to play in India but in Australia Kuldeep any day over him & slowly phase Ashwin out with Nadeem or any other young spinner & give him next home season. 

U yadav - we will need for one series vs Eng next year & then dump him for good.  Saini should make a debut in Aus & should play the Gabba test. 

In ODIs groom another opener possibly Shaw instead of Dhawan & I think we hopefully have seen the end of Jadhav so instead of him either try SKY or Nitish Rana( I prefer Rana coz he is a left hander & we desperately need one in Middle order team is so full of RHB) 

After T20 WC Phase Rohit out of the T20 team & give Pant an extended run as an opener or Ishan Kishan to utilize power play 2021 T20 WC is in India so we may need these kinda players. 

 

That being said Fast bowling is worrying sign we don't have any good left arm pace bowler & an express pace bowler in the wings who can clock 150 kph besides Saini..  So hopefully we find one.

The first way to revamp is make proper analytics tools to see who is performing. Spend some money on good statisticians. Forget about cricinfo averages which people love to quote here. Then look at the data and see who is underperforming. Rest is all BS.

there many potential but the point is when do we start to try it  and hopefully we dont look like for like which is the worst way to choose a player....

They are already there with every international n league teams around the world. 

U think the anaylist they have sees only cricinfo stats...Nope . They have all the minor data avl to them. 

Infact to even cricket fans better sites are avl now like cricviz which gives details analytics like impact of players in particular situation
