Trichromatic Posted June 14, 2020 Posted June 14, 2020 It's easy to say that be disciplined and stay at home. But it's really difficult to stay normal locked up in room. That's why employers are taking initiatives in that direction also. I haven't gone out much in last 3 months. I stay with 2 friends one of them has been in different city since lockdown started, other is going home this weekend. Might have stay alone for 2-3 months. I have lived alone without much issues earlier, but that was time when we could roam freely. beetle 1
Autonomous Posted June 14, 2020 Posted June 14, 2020 Mental health issues are huge. I have had insomna with sleepless nights for over fifteen days. Life in general was uncertain and not stable but thing took it to a different level.
kosingh Posted June 14, 2020 Posted June 14, 2020 I have been living alone throughout. Family happened to be elsewhere when it started, and we decided we'll just stay where we are. Have not seen friends or colleagues in months. Initially it was hard. But I must say, for me it has gotten easier now. Sort of used to it. Sleep schedule is messed up. But productivity is also getting back to normal work wise. I would say it's important to have regular electronic social contact and to remain focused on work to get through this.
rkt.india Posted June 15, 2020 Posted June 15, 2020 Lockdown is boon for introverts, asocial and loners.
