Few people working under Modi would have the guts to tell him he is wrong. It is from his critics that he will get to know where he could be going wrong and how to course-correct. This will then enable the best policies for India. Considering our opposition is in pathetic shape, it is these independent, critical yet constructive voices that can really add value to Modi and to India. Blind fans, who don’t even mind an emergency and are ready to abuse and bully anyone who mentions anything remotely critical of Modi, are frankly quite useless — to Modi as well as to nation-building. retired_hurt 1

I can separate my respect for Mr.Modi and also be critical when he/his government go against the will of the people (which has been rare so far). Given the utter chaos in the opposition and lack of credible leadership, it makes even bigger. I see nothing wrong in people following a good leader.

See you assume a lot of stuff there.. Modi is someone who puts in more than 16 hours a day in his work and expects accountibility from his people... If he didn't like his critics, he would have never begged for forgiveness from migrants/poor people after lockdown... Or he would have not corrected his statement this morning on border clash.. Open up some youtube links where opposition criticize him and he stays calm n gives them back when his turn comes... N also he wouldn't arrange meeting with other parties/CM during Covid n chins conflict,.. he could have acted like dictator... You must be getting info from opposition
