Should BCCI look to organize a India-A,B,C kind of tournament before things get better for IPL.

Rather going for IPL how about having this challenger kind of series in a state like Karnataka where things are under control, if kerala is under control some games can be played there as well . 

 

• This will help get them match fit 
• Generate some revenue Tv commercial atleast 
• Neways India-A,B,C will have much better quality then most teams around the world
• IPL wud be far more diff as they ll have to invite players from around the world. IPL also wont be that fun without crowds and different venures. 
• This will give chance to domestic players to play against kohli, rohit n bumrah in a 50 over game 
• Chance for young players to make a mark since they lost IPL platform
• DK recently said they ll need atleast a month to get their game upto the international level it was 

 

Where teams can be divided like these- 

 

• Every team having right left opening combo
• each team having atleast six bowling options
• Teams having good lower order players who can accelrate
• Good 5th bowling options 
• Every players is given a position where they can do their best 
• Teams shud have well divided international players 
• Captains having few players whom they have captained in their IPL sides 
• Guys like Jadhav n Ishant not to be included in main squad since they are not in plan for next t20 or ODI Wc
• Having Group of extra players there to choose from incase of injuries

Don't think our Shooper istaars like Kohli and Rohit will be interested in playing these kind of domestic tournament. When was the last time Kohli ever played a domestic game?

Great suggestion Ankit, I think 20 overs format will be a better option since next 2 ICC events are T20 WCs and we must identify a core of at least 18 players. We can worry about ODIs later.

At this time no one shud mind actually. Whenever rohit was dropped he went back n played domestic. Kohli wanted to go county. Problem isnt they didnt wanted buy lack of time....3 formats these days is difficult to manage add ipl and captaincy.

Yea t20 can also be played , which will also be better for television audience.

Not a bad idea as long as they use it as one of the selection criterias.
