He certainly has coach. No question about but then every domestic bowler has coaches and they still have issues. Indian cricket when it comes to coaching is very immature and unprofessional, lack of technical knowledge, ability to assess and rectify. Arjun Tendulkar is supposedly being coached by a very good Indian bowling coach but there are still plenty of technical issues with him. I will give you an example of Saini. At the age of 22, he was bowling 128-138 kph and had a different action but few years later, around 2017, just a slight adjustment in his bowling action enabled him to bowl 145 plus kph. I am only talking about that adjustment in case of Arshdeep because I can see what is wrong with his action and why he is not able to put that effort you people are talking about. His action is limiting him but a slight adjustment can free him up to put more body into his action. Best of luck bhaaee, and please unless you see Asif or McGrath type talent, please don't promote trundlers in your academy. None of them touched 90 mph consistently like Umesh-Aaron did later and Bumrah, Saini do now. Munaf trundling it, Ishant losing it. These things were demoralising for people who wanted India to have 90 mph. Sreesanth was one of the biggest disappointment on England tour 2007 after his success in SA. You said that we did not have a 90 mph bowler in sight in 2008. But at that time we did not feel like it. Ishant. Sreesanth and RP all bowled 90 mph and more around that time in some games ... They could not sustain it ... But that is not called not having a 90 mph bowler in sight. We were disappointed when they lost pace but the hope was always there. Mosher 1

South African and Australian pacers, on an average, do have more well developed bowling actions compared to Indian fast bowlers. Optimized for generating pace and bounce. But why don't Indian coaches optimize the bowling actions of our quicks, that is the question ! Saini's run-up and action still has many issues, even after the changes. Mosher 1

Ishant from 2009-2011(but bowled quick in Melbourne)struggled with his wrist position(i call it action) But then came back to his pace from 2015 ,he has gotten into 30s but still goes to 145,yes there was period from early 2009 he was struggling to reach even 135-137 k express bowling 1

When Ajit Agarkar made his debut in 98. he used to bowl around 88mph consistently. By 2000, he started bowling 90mph occassionally. Zaheer and Nehra were bowling 88mph- 90mph for somtime though. express bowling 1
