Kolkata won such an emphatic victory in the opener because of Ganguly and only Ganguly. His motivational skills enabled McCullum to score 158, and then he motivated Agarkar into taking 3 wickets, Ishant into bowling that bumbling, back-stabbing gimp Dravid and then he himself LED BY EXAMPLE by bowling a McGrath-esque spell to finish off their innings.
