Sachinism Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 What an innings he's playing here. Difficult pitch to bat on, but he's been positive where's all the people who have been calling for him to be dropped imagine we played the last 2 test without him how bad would have the defeat been last game we would have ended up conceding a massive lead in this game Go Dada!
umpire Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 Ganguly is an Australian 87 is unlucky number for him.:hatsoff::hatsoff:
Ram Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 The so-called stars of the Indian batting line-up need to learn a thing or two bout batting in tough situations from Ganguly.
Dravid Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 ^^yuppp... and some morons actually want him out of the team :hahaha:
Ram Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 Its almost given now, Tough situation+ Tough Pitch + Excellent opposition bowling = Dada almost guaranteed to score over 75 at a SR of 70.
Gambit Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 The more people write him off, the stronger his ripostes are.
mhr123 Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 Ganguly played a fluent innings on a difficult pitch, steering India past South Africa's total at a healthy strike-rate. But Don't forget VVS ... his inngs was also crucial.

Laaloo Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 well i think ppl were asking to drop him from the ODI team not the test team
Rohan495 Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 yea well played ganguly. i knew from the start that Ganguly would make something out of the pitch, if theres no bounce on a pitch and the ball is keeping low, ganguly can dominate and weve seen that yday. I felt that VVS innings was important maybe if he didnt have dravid at the other end he would of scored more.

Cricketics Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 The more people write him off' date=' the stronger his ripostes are.[/quote'] so u still think he should retire?
Rohan495 Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 YES' date=' him getting bowled was dravids fault, u nut:hysterical:[/quote'] nope, initially it was dravid putting too much pressure on Laxman to be the one scoring dude comeon 29 from 106 balls thats completely unacceptable on a pitch like that you have to keep yourself busy or else you can be there for hours and then get one that keeps low.
guju24 Posted April 12, 2008 Posted April 12, 2008 that was one of the best knock by ganguly in test match on the wicket where even WALL couldnt do any better...
