Sacking Kohli from captaincy and/or making him bat at no 5 - can this be used as short term fix going forward?

he needs to leave LOI captaincy but their are no options to replace him in test

Short term:

 

1. Fire him from ODI/T20 captaincy role. No niceties, Dada better pick up the phone and shout 'you are fired asshole' and bang it down.

 

2. Fire Shastri, expel his coterie. Professional coaching staff must be appointed and everyone must be forced to comply, don't like the new arrangement....well then thank you for your services and * off. 

 

Just do these 2 things right and 90% of our problems will be solved. Rest we can worry about later.

He should retire from t20s ,i have been saying this for far too long

T20s are not his forte anymore neither does the format need such players trust me we will do very well without him

He has not done well in odis too,seems not interested anymore but clinging to captaincy role to accumulate more and more moolah

But he not that sort of person who will do it out of integrity why would he ?He has matured as a player seeing Dhoni do the same

His treatment of youngsters is a massive factor and will be ,in our decline as a team ,he has spectacularly failed to build a core which every sane Kaptaan does even Dhoni groomed guys like Rohit,Ashwin

But with Kohli there, can't recall one name maybe Hardik to some extent (he too got his debut under Dhoni)

KL Rahul was absolutely " murdered mentally"after his stupendous display of batting against raging Aussie attack otherwise Kohli would have beared the brunt of loosing a test series at home

His treatment of Pant is all there to be seen
