Any type of cardio is good for o2 and also vitamin-d if done outdoors. I am into biking, but need to put some stats ( have a Fitbit) , till now I do about 1 hr, 4 times a week. Using more of millets, ginger, garlic, turmeric in diet. 1hr x 4 times a week. You are already doing good. Cant do any better than that. coffee_rules 1

But one must know that without a healthy amount of carbs our brains don't function properly. Too much of protein is not good either, all depends on how well your body breaks down protein for muscle building, the remaining excess protein gets stored as fat. So if you are 2000 calories a day person no more than 1000 calories should come from carbs. 500 from proteins and 500 from fats.

Vickydev Posted August 4, 2021 Posted August 4, 2021 One of the things Ive always struggled with is maintaining my body weight/ body fat level. Im guy in my mid to late 20s, I can go about losing weight very easily when Iam playing a lot/exercising, eat anything, high metabolism etc. But when lazyness creeps in( it happens a lot to me), I can end up losing that drive and start losing muscles, eat the same way but it affects body fat levels etc and end up adding a few kilos. But then I get conscious and reset everything. However I am irritated with these repeated cycles and dont know long I can keep this going. How do people keep in shape and not lose it? How do you stay motivated forever? EnterTheVoid 1
