Entirely based on facts : In the past 1 month there has been two seperate instances of targeted killing, property destruction aimed exclusively at Hindus planned and executed by Muslims in Muslim majority states. Hindu hain hi nahin, to khatre ke baahar hain. India . In pockets is not far worse than BD. Case in point Kashmir.
