Happens in under-19 all the time. Also if you look back England threw some of their wickets away. This is a decent batting deck. They should be disappointed more to have lost 7 wickets.

vvvslaxman Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 Vicky should be bowling from the other end.
Norman Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 What ghatiya captaincy this!!! Bring back Ravi and Bawa and finish this off...
Frustrated Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 Eng will easily get to 220, if these two bat another 8 to 10 overs.

Ravis is not as effective with older ball. Still needed for the back end. Bawa has just 3 overs left. If they see him off they will have a field day against spinners in the last 10 overs.
Sandeep99 Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 Rew looks a great prospect.. even Indian seniors don’t have such players in the middle order… so compact and composed… England continues to produce maverick odi players
vvvslaxman Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 Pitch is a docile pitch. Nothing happens with older ball.
Sandeep99 Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 I think England would have posted 330+ if they didn’t lose wickets in a bunch.. Bawa was outstanding.. 220 odd should be chased easily
vvvslaxman Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 lol KUmar He cannot bowl short with his pace on this pitch with old ball. ALl wrong.

A bit like Dhoni of late 2000s who used to let opponents get to 220 after having them at 120/7.
vvvslaxman Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 All said and done for a long time England was the team beat due to their aggressive batting approach.
