But can you release the shortlist of the available pool of players so that we look at it and can decide how many players to release and who to release (after sscomp makes his pick)

I knw many are ignoring transfer but ill still ill say think n consider , remeber new pool wont have much of cream (specially in batting) and soon ull realise ur back in leftovers 

Every team has some unwanted players or a weak link, exchange might help both 

BCCI had allowed mid-season transfers for two seasons. But after second season, they had to stop it as no transferred happened in that season.

Btw after auction teams do exchange every year 

I remeber DC n SRH exchanged shankar, abhishek n one more guy for only one player few yrs ago
