• all of them have played more t20i then Uthappa (360 deg batsman). Uthappa who did well in 2007 t20 Wc 
• Iyer and manish hve played more then DK (another 360 deg batsman)

Rishab Pant has played 43 T20I with a strike rate of 125 strike rate.   That is less strike rate than Dhoni's strike rate of 126 who played T20s even in a low total era. We have too many such players with low strike rate.

Dhawan is another guy with low strike rate at international level.  Jaddu 124. At the international level 

 

As far as high SR goes among current batsmen

 

Only following players have strike rate in excess of 140.
