Neesham is not even a regular 4 over bowler even in SENA Naah, Neesham is a better striker of the bowl and that is what you need in T20s as apparent with his higher strike rate and ability to hit sixes under pressure while Pandya has to rely on Kohli to do that. Promoting him up in the name of match up is even more criminal. Even with him bowling 4 full overs his batting position is one level above. Imagine him not being able to bowl those 4 overs as well. We will have no practical use of him.

That MCG surface is one of which most finger spinners do badly. Ashwin is a bit an outlier in most such considerations. Off spinners don't do much in Australian tests but he has done reasonably well there.

Speed variation is noticeable. They are not genuine darters. They try to turn the ball. Bit of roundarmish. Shakib is another guy who has this round armish action. But sometimes he dishes out half vollies. Lord 1
