Should ICC unban chucking and tampering to make PAK bowlers look talented once again?

If you look at Pak's history flat/dead tracks is their legacy! In fact the best test team ever, WI in the (early) 80's also won just 1-nil against them due to the tracks. Their wins, against better sides at the time, on such tracks was owed to home umpires vampires & of course bottle tops

Even McGrath was found chucking under ICC rules. Cricket is too much biased toward batsmen. Bowlers get nothing.

That crown goes to Chuckmal, Hafeez and Shoaib Malik...they used to bowl with arm bend of more than 30°. Hence were banned multiple times. Still PCB shamelessly defended them because they never had players who can replace them.

cuckmal, as (s)he is often known, was the king of kings (šāhānšāh) of chuckers. I wouldn't be surprised if some balls were delivered at 40 degree angle based on my heuristic calculations
