Stokes bas definitely set a benchmark  with ultra-aggressive captaincy.  He reminds me of Michael Clarke. India needs a captain like him. Someone who has trust in his side, someone who backs his side 100% and in turn having them back his captaincy.

 

Williamson is a bit more strategical.  I am afraid Rohit is neither. He is a timid cat through and through complete opposite of Stokes.  He is not strategical either as one hoped him to be. He relies on miracle innings, miracle spells from his team members.  This guy cannot be our Test captain. Who is the next best?

Yea. but his on-field tactics are definitely his own. His own batting approach was like that even before Baz took over. Granted he is also a new zealander.

I hate his arrogance as well. They may be exposed. But  in the same situation i would have expected India merely settle for a draw.

give the test captaincy to kohli with pant as vc, pant will be ready in 2yesr when kohli retires.

It would have been a spectacle to watch Kohli vs Stokes as captain in tests, especially now that Kohli is back in form. 

 

With Kohli as captain our team was moving in the right direction until these BCci stooges started politics. 

 

Apart from Kohli we don't have any other player who can be an aggressive captain, maybe Hardik but he doesn't want to play test cricket.
