Im sure they were debating to choose a woman 007 and ditch the 'James Bond' title If things go as they are probs be a black/trans actor.. not even sure now these days. However, it appears as if the franchise could be looking for someone in his 30s to reboot the series. Let's see how the story develops. I think Terminator is done after the flop that was Dark Fate. It was actually my third favourite in the series but the audience didn't like it. Even my favourite Terminator 2 is just a big budget rehash of the first one but with groundbreaking special effects. zen Posted December 15, 2022 Author Share Posted December 15, 2022 (edited) Usually, die hards and old fans of the franchise would not want it to end … For casual fans, who watch it like another action film franchise, it is a different matter and they have the option to skip it 007 films with their unique characters, use of great locations, action/stunts, score, etc., present an on going attraction for fans! There is a reason why it is the longest serving franchise with an astronomical 25 films. One way, it could end is when the Broccoli family moves on from it (Barb getting too old with the new generation busy with other interests) and would not allow others to make Bond films, thinking that others could dilute the franchise. Every reboot attracts tons of new fans. The franchise already has a handful of classics in its portfolio so as long as new films entertain, they are good enough. He lost out to Craig the last time around iirc (was considered too young at that time).
