This Boland was all over the Frauds a few days ago. Getting hammered here. Eng doesn't give a fukk bout Star culture. They have transformed Crawley to Sehwag :giggle:

Crawley was one of  the worst batsman going around not long ago lol

vs India  19.37

vs NZ 11.13

even vs Australia he was poor until this 77.

He bullied Pakistan mostly. His average is below 35 against all other countries.

Just looked at the score, I would say 1st session to Aus as it has picked up 3 wickets.

However, Eng has a relatively long batting line up so a wicket lost here and there is not necessarily as big a concern as it would be for some of the other teams.

Lyon is bowling a defensive round the wicket line. He pitches on or outside the leg stump coming round the wicket and taking it away.  Brook is not quiet the same since IPL. He used to carter this kind of line

Jo Root. What a secure batsman he is.He never forward presses and commits himself. HE just stays on the backfoot plays as late as possible contrary to Lohli who stands 2 feet outside the crease  and still edges to slip

I think England is not getting the type of balls that allow them to play bazball. Very tight off stump channel with good slip cordon. To their credit they respect good balls.

Root is  peppering that third man area with risk free back cuts.  So does Harry Brook. Coolie is such a monsterously poor backfoot player. He could have scored so many runs with this approach.
