Emergency was fascism too, no one is denying that. What is more threatening this time is that the media is being controlled.

People published underground newspapers for lack of information...

How do Wire, Newslaundry, Caravan, Scroll, etc. exist in that case? They exist despite peddling fake news often. Is that an indicator of total control by the govt as well?

Not to mention all the "unbiased" journalists that one of our members likes to keep posting videos of? Are those controlled as well?

Or maybe even this - if you want to look closer to home. Buying the media using public monies.

Boli maga Feku's good reputation Fascism being discussed in France.

French news paper Le Monde on Modi:

'Narendra Modi has fostered state-sponsored violence for decades'

▪️The presence of the Indian prime minister as the guest of honor at the Bastille Day parade disregards Narendra Modi's dismal human rights record.https://t.co/LiiHERhYUI

And yet the French bestow their highest award on him. Strange na? Must be tough to digest for you and your ilk

Modi's team which visited France also includes Nivruti Rai, ex -MD of Intel India.. she resigned from her role 6 months back after being at the top for 6+ years. She is leading the Industry consortium team from Indian side

She is quite a good organiser ... ( Personal experience) :two_thumbs_up:
