yeh not surprised. The scummiest people on earth are Brit Pakistanis. They are special breed. I have been to Birmingham and really feel bad for rest of the people in that city.

The city will stop is my understanding only essential services will be paid for vulnerable.

Birmingham has become a dump on par with Bradford- wherever Brit Pak Mirpuris infest thats the place that becomes a no go area.

It's not purely Birmingham alone. 

 

Most cities in the UK are heading down that route. 

 

Their population is ageing fast. They have depleting number of professionals(most of whom have *ed off to Aus/US/Can). Then they've got the massive immigration problems with their past policies. Add the crumbling infrastructure etc to boot along with other Thatcher policies.

 

Yes , the unemployed Pakistanis and Bangladeshis over there living on handouts are a problem , but they aren't a cause.

Mentioned above. Thatcher policies of ripping apart industries which gave low collar jobs , handouts to all (not just the immigrants) , emigration of Brits to Australia , new zealand , Canada & usa. 

 

They had a massive brain drain and the incoming immigration hasn't quite addressed that although from most accounts (indian immigrants have been quite successful in holding well paying jobs). Brits have had immigration not just from the subcontinent but also from the carribbean , Africa and other places as well. Their immigration policies(of not recruiting based on short skill list) have some blame but the bigger blame has to be before.

 

Earlier Britain was sustaining getting rich on the colonial loot and plunder , it's got *ed later. As opposed to France which still loots it's African colonies even if the colonies got the so called independence

That is an overly sensationalist article, looks like an Indian version of the Daily Mail. 

 

Leicester, Wembley and Southall are also dumps. The problem is whenever poorly educated Indians move to the UK they flock to these areas often bringing their bad habits with them such as not following traffic laws, spitting paan on the streets, hanging out in big groups of men, litter.
