Shan is good, very good! Excellent actually. Shan biryani masala I mean. Their Haleem masala is good too, made gluten free Haleem with it using buckwheat instead of wheat.

Not very long if you use a pressure cooker and let it whistle for 10-12 times. Just follow the instructions on the masala dabba and it's easy enough! Here's a pic from when I had made Haleem and Kababs

Always liked Shan Masood...  Tall left hand elegant batter with good technique.  Some success in England & a winning ton at lords.  Educated as well 

Batting very well looks like in Australia against a decent PM XI attack.
