Harman Preet can't bat. India doesn't have a big hitter down the order. Forget big hitting they can't even clear the field for 4. Pathetic 6-11. Too much easy money. They just don't give a ****

They have a finisher and her name is richa ghosh. But shafali varmas atrocious form has meant she has to play at 3. Pooja vastrakar is another finisher but she failed today while looking good. If you see the womans team all are pretty short in height. 5.2 to 5.3 max. So the muscle strength and pull over mid wicket with power is missing. Today india would have won of richa was not injured. She played a hell of an innings. We needed 35 odd with 5 wickets in hand. Deepti sharma is NOT a finisher and she is an accumulator. She wasted ball after ball. With all

the wipl hoopla the only players we are getting are pint sized off spinners in dozens. Richa ghosh shafali vastrakar are the only hard hitters.. harmanpreet has been abysmal lately and smriti always has a rush of blood when she is playing well..we need strong hitters at 7 and 8. Unfortunately no one in wipl fits the bill. Harleen deol spends more time on insta than her technique. She got a 1 of 4 balls. Also Amanjot kaur is someone i think has potential but again she is 5 2 and doesnt have the temperament yet. She unnecessarily played a bad shot when she could have taken singles to settle down.

I have repeatedly said apart from Richa Ghosh India W side doesn't has a world class talent.

Amelia kerr (NZ)

Wolvadaart (SA)

Shorna Akter (BD) pacer

Pak had one she quit cricket for religion

Chamari of SL

Entire Aussie team...  Young Darcie brown & Tahlia McGrath are Awesome

England has some...  Their leggie Sarah Glenn is bloody top shelf

Indian Women side doesn't has that much raw talent.

Harman was freakish but now old & disinterested

Vastarkar is good finally after being mediocre all those years.

Fielding pathetic.

they are infected with the same choking mentality of the mens team,BCCI needs to invest in some mental coaching.

More than the mental skills, how about some bowling, batting, fielding and athletic skills. They can't hit sixes or 4s and this Kaur and Mandana are the biggest frauds we have. Deepti atleast takes wickets. Absolutely disgusting that BCCI gives them crores for this humiliation at HOME. Garbage. 148-9 ahahahaha.... Inko WPL khilayo jaldi. Useless bunch.

You can't do anything when talent & skill is not to the level of SENAW..

BCCI needs to stop this woke h*tiyapa & don't pay them equal to men.

Stop WIPL & focus on talent hunts in far reaches of the country.  Set up academies in North East to get strong athletic women to play the sport.

They are playing in Bambi land in their every match...  Friendly crowd...  Free tickets.

BCCI is very clever to not host this bunch in tier 2 or tier 3 cities..

There isn't enough desi talent pool to have a wpl even as it stands right now tbh. It is only a contest between one teams Aussie women against the other ones and is a fatter payday/paid vacation for them than it is the men who come here.

This is what was also wrong, 7 catches dropped. lol

On a dry and spin-friendly surface, India's spin spearhead Deepti Sharma led the bowling attack to restrict Australia to 258 for 8 in the second ODI in Mumbai. However, the total could have been far lesser had India not been sloppy on the field. At the end of the first innings, they had dropped a total of seven catches. Surprisingly, India's best fielders dropped a few. Here is how Ekanth and Himanshu Agrawal recorded it in our ball-by-ball commentary.

0.2, Renuka to Litchfield

looks like a dropped catch! Yup, Amanjot there. Short extra cover dives to her left, and palms the ball wide of mid-off, as Litchfield gets off the mark. The length of this ball was fuller, and the line wider too, as she drove with a flat bat

4.6, Renuka to Litchfield

dropped by Mandhana at mid-off! Initially it seemed that the ball fell short of her, as she dived forward, but it just about landed in her hands, which were low. Litchfield chipped this full delivery landing on off, as it went dipping towards Mandhana. More fortune going Litchfield's way

7.3, Vastrakar to Litchfield

dropped again! This time by Bhatia at first slip. Litchfield pushed at this length ball angling across towards sixth stump, but got an outside edge. Bhatia juggled the ball twice, and it eventually fell

16.5, Rana to Perry

Rana gets one hand on a tough caught-and-bowled chance! It was flying over her head, she popped her right hand up and it deflected off the fingers to long-off. Fullish ball was looped up at 80ks, Perry charged down and pumped it, replays show that she tried to clobber it but the bat face closed early and it went off the inner-half.

43.2, Deepti to Sutherland

Mandhana drops a sitter at midwicket She was on one foot, was turning to the right, got hands on it and almost held it before the ball popped out. Was a fullish ball outside off, Sutherland tried to whip it but it was shorter than she expected. One hand came off and it ballooned.

47.2, Vastrakar to King

Harman drops it at midwicket, how many is that for the innings? It's six, confirms Mohandas Menon. Harman lunged on both knees and tried to take it with both hands but it burst in and slid out of the thighs. It was a full ball that was flicked. Grace Harris hides her face but can't stop the laughter.

48.1, Renuka to King

Seventh drop of the day, Deepti this time! She ran in from deep midwicket, reached it and tried to take it in front. Ball took the fingers but burst through again. It was a length ball on the pad that King heaved across the line
