Everytime I have seen Chahar I have seen getting deposited in stands by well known to unknown domestic cricketers

Not sold on him

What's his six conceding rate? Just curious,I think he concedes way too many sixes

Chahar doesn't has a reliable googly...  His leg spinner doesn't turn much.

Bishnoi is opposite but quicker through the air.

Suyash Sharma is a genuine prospect...  Has both googly and a huge turning leg spin.

Let's see how KKR develops him.  He is only 20 rn.

Still not sold on Gill. As for batters, we should try Sudharsan and Padikkal soon

Gill has scored a 100+ and a 90+ run out and can be considered to be performing now.

IMO technique is a bit over-rated. If a batter has time to play top bowlers and is a crisp stroke player, he can go a long way if he is focused.

What Gill needs is to develop the hunger for runs like Jaiswal. If he doesn't after one year or so, he should be out.

. KL won't go anywhere for the next few years.

KL is a veteran. I am considering youngsters either by age or by number of tests played.

Pacers: Harshit Rana, Mayank Yadav, Himanshu Chauhan, Atit Sheth (for trundler quota + bowling AR quota);

First 3 are my picks too. But none are playing for India or even near selection. Hence just a wishlist on our part.

SLA who can bat: too many to mention (Saurabh, Axar, Suthar, Sindhu, Hardik Raj --> the last 3 interest me very much).

Suthar used to spin the ball a lot. Hope he still does.

offie: closest we have is Dodiya. Has nice flight, from the little I have seen. But he cannot bat at all. Saransh Jain can bat quite well, but his offies are innocuous

So no one is there. We can / have to use Kuldeep to turn the ball away from left handers after Ashwin.

Re: Suthar, he is still spinning it well. Sindhu is developing nicely in his 2nd Ranji season too. these two can be the bowling & batting AR for SLAs.

As for Dodiya, I like his bowling. You can find some clips on Youtube. However, he needs to improve his batting to at least double his batting ability. right now, he is a no. 13 or no. 14 batter by int'l standards.
