It's the air, you just need to have the ball pitched up enough & if the seam's relatively upright it will swing anywhere on earth. What you saw there was also good seam movement.

It's pointing towards (right hander's) fine leg actually, about 30-60 degrees right to what you'd see with a conventional outswing. Second first quadrant IIRC.

Not easy with that action but obviously possible with practice. 

 

At 0 : 37 in the clip, the seam is clearly towards fine leg

I saw the clips again and that's because of the alignment of his body and arms. But the seam position is still at an angle to the line along which his arm is coming down. 

 

And he is swinging the ball from leg and middle to the off-stump.
