tapandrun
Pak batting is amongst the least exiting in T20i cricket, they score sub par scores and Pak bowling has to pull all the wight of winning it for them. The good thing was Pak bowling was able to do that against top sides too. Babar and Rizwan end up eating up to many balls putting middle order in too much pressure and then some one has to get 20 ball 40 run innings which sometimes comes and sometimes it does not. With Babar and Rizwan batting approach Pak team has not been able to develop batters as they have to play slog at the end and play around 10 balls at max and try to maximize those ten balls . Pak beating Ind in that WC also enabled those kind of innings and re-enforced the faults in batting, Opposition can outbat them easily that was evident in this ODI WC. Right now Pak bowling is struggling a bit to carry on the loads of these low score and looks bit burnt-out and picking of injury as they are not getting mental/physical respite in any game they have to be on their A-game to win or make a match out of it. This is draining too much from them. Edited April 28 by tapandrun Link to comment
AKane
Depends on the pitches created in the Caribbean for WC. If the pitches are 200+ - pak lacks the batting firepower. If the pitches are 150-180 - pak batting will be okay. 180-200 is lottery - but considering pak fielding is terrible, they will probably lose these. I don't think the ball will come on to the bat as it is doing in the IPL for the big scores. Its going to hold up like WC 2007. A Gilchrist type will score but remains to be seen how many of the current IPL big scorers are in Gilchrist class. Edited April 28 by AKane Link to comment

Autonomous
It has been raining alot in Punjab since late March. Think there wont be alot of rains in Feb when CT25 is planned. Karachi matches would be okay anyways, and probably Lajore would be okay as well. However, Rawalpindi/Islamabad weather can be tricky. Feb is usually cold - so expect single degree temperature drops in D/N matches. Link to comment
