We are unnecessarily harsh on dark skinned people. He criticized the tamil cinema's(Telugu cinema also suffers from same) obsession with fair skinned people. Horrible thriller Not a fan of mixing social messages with crime thrillers. . Mixing all kinds of events , worst about clairyoyance and using that to solve a crime. Watched it in 4 sessions.

If we have problem with premise, we will not like the craft even if it is excellent. I accepted the premise. It was a good experience. coffee_rules 1

Ok, If you put it that way.. should have read your post before watching the movie. I was expecting a thriller like Ratsasan.

kepler37b Posted August 1, 2025 Posted August 1, 2025 (edited) Baalayya is like that 60 year old man who still thinks he is stuck at 20. Does not have artificial trappings of those celebs. There is a reason why he has a passionate fan base. For enjoyment of fellow ICF'ers Edited August 1, 2025 by kepler37b coffee_rules 1

Stan AF Posted August 2, 2025 Author Posted August 2, 2025 Rest in peace Madhan bob Sir. Unmistakable laughing personality . Tamil cinema recently has lost a lot of funny men from Vivek, Mayilsamy and Pandu sir. All these gentlemen were part of our childhood growing up. coffee_rules and Mariyam 1 1

kepler37b Posted August 14, 2025 Posted August 14, 2025 The bonding among young men in south (Tamil and telugu states) is primarily centered around being fans to a hero. Especially the working class. Just like how in England the bonding is around a foot ball club.I do not see anything wrong with it. Just that they should not become hooligans. The upper class posh people sealing themselves in gated apartments should take a chill pill and accept it as normal. Rather they should resume watching that ultra sleep inducing french film that won some gazillion meaningless awards. Stan AF 1
