Schedule one home ODI series against some random team. one match in Delhi and one in Mumbai. Tell both of them its their farewell gig. and move on. The likes of Washy would have played much more matches as a batsman had we moved Kohli on when it was clear that he was in a decline.

Needless ott hype for bilateral series..Star has lost it..Ro-Ko chalisa going on everyday.. Even during test match, they kept rehasing it.

Washed Kohli and Rohit are going to get humiliated that they are going to retire. Only saving grace might be only 3 matches not 5.

imagine a Jaiswal or Tilak batting on 60 and going for a untimely slog at Jo'burg or centurion.. you can put the blame on RoKo for retiring too late and not letting the youngsters gain crucial experience on ODI innings tempo / reading match situation.. if they don't retire now it's probably better to pick them for next W.C than shutting the door on them

You can't carry 2 40+ passengers in the WC. We have likes of Jaiswal, Sai, Iyer, Rinku, Tilak breaking down the selection door and there's no point persevering with has beens. For minnows it makes sense as they don't have enough talent pool but for India, it's criminal not to bring in deserving and performing youngsters.
