Cloud9 Posted October 29, 2025 Posted October 29, 2025 Well, Windies are thrashing toygers in their backyard. rollingstoned 1
vvvslaxman Posted October 29, 2025 Author Posted October 29, 2025 England is still 6 behind WOldvardt score
vvvslaxman Posted October 29, 2025 Author Posted October 29, 2025 English commie is talking how lack of left handers impact English batting line up. MOre lefties needed
nitinbwj Posted October 29, 2025 Posted October 29, 2025 What a drubbing by SA and to think that we bottled both our games against Eng and SA. We could have been in the second position instead of the 4th

We could have been in the second position instead of the 4th IT doesn't matter. All 3 teams are tougher for us. England is probably slightly weaker team. But they are still good enough to beat us.
vvvslaxman Posted October 29, 2025 Author Posted October 29, 2025 India should have groomed atleast one wrist spinner
vvvslaxman Posted October 29, 2025 Author Posted October 29, 2025 The last 8 overs of SA innings was pure madness from Laura.

Gollum Posted October 30, 2025 Posted October 30, 2025 RSA women make the final here after T20 WC final last year. Their men too making deep runs in ICC tourneys since 23 WC. Kudos to their system. New guy 1
Gollum Posted October 30, 2025 Posted October 30, 2025 (edited) If we win the toss, must bat first, otherwise repeat of 2003 WC F is likely. Not that worried about dew, us wilting under scorecard pressure is much more likely. Even if we control the chase, and bring it down to run a ball in last 5 overs with 6 wickets in hand, we will choke. 2017 SF (Harman 171 match), we batted first and scored just 280, and still won. That Aussie team had the GOAT Meg Lanning, and peak Mooney, Perry among other big names. This was a magical moment from that epic game, Lanning duck, greatness from Jhulan Goswami Edited October 30, 2025 by Gollum Manucrick and New guy 2
rollingstoned Posted October 30, 2025 Posted October 30, 2025 Good chance today's match might be rain affected.

Pick Renuka and look to skittle them. A stop start game will not work in our advtg if we are batting first, it *ed us properly in the first WTC final too.

Pak had them on the ropes, 100/8, but still managed a winning score. Tahlia McGrath is their number 8 and she has won them games against us with the bat many times. I just feel that Ind and RSA women should always bat first in big games, both have a tendency to choke while chasing. Manucrick 1
Gollum Posted October 30, 2025 Posted October 30, 2025 (edited) Playing Aussies in QF/SF is always better. In finals they unlock some magical powers and become the scariest versions of themselves. India is one country that has beaten Aussies in non-final KOs many times, men and women. Edited October 30, 2025 by Gollum
Gollum Posted October 30, 2025 Posted October 30, 2025 Reminder, we have a test in Guwahati next month. Sunset time right now is 4:43 pm. New guy 1
Gollum Posted October 30, 2025 Posted October 30, 2025 Amanjot seen warming up. Will Harleen miss out?
Tillu Posted October 30, 2025 Posted October 30, 2025 Harman threw the coin a mile away and still lost the toss. Gollum 1
