This is all on coach.  This team has a lot of potential. Instead of maximizing it  Mazumdar is minimizing it.  Main player exposing tail  in deah overs is another thing that is plaguing this team. They don't farm strike. They don't care about match ups.

All matches lost by India Women were pretty close. They were all winnable. Aussies are insane but the rest two should have been India.

Tactically they lost it. Wide yorker strategy should have been employed. Bowled within the stumps got thrashed by Nadine in one match.

Bit like  Yuvraj as a captain who was short tempered when he was the captain.  Smriti was doing an alright job as capain in the IPL

She is going to score 20 or 30 only. It is more to do with lack of awareness. Even against Australia she didn't promote Richa Ghosh. She came in made 22 in 17 balls.
