Before the match, each captain should confidentially inform the match referee whether they wish to bat first or field first. If one captain chooses to bat and the other chooses to field, the toss is unnecessary — the match proceeds accordingly. If both captains choose the same option, only then must the coin toss should be conducted. Lord 1

They screwed up. 1, toss coin 2, call head or tail 3, correct caller or oppositr of wrong caller gets decision
