That's one advantage of bazball is that they get out really quickly, like it's a T20 game. When the pitch is like this, it doesn't give the opposition enough time, and they have to bat again before the pitch has eased up. Won't work in asian conditions where the pitch keeps deteriorating.

Both these teams weren’t good enough to survive 1.5 days.

All said and done Australia's batting was absolutely ridiculous. It is almost like they never touched the bat. That Cam Green mae a mole out of simple deliveries

These are lottery pitches. Can't read too much into them. 

 

Gabba and Adelaide tracks were absolutely fine.

 

England can be convincingly beaten on such tracks
