Yuvraj4Captaincy Posted July 6, 2008 Author Posted July 6, 2008 : This will drastically, reduce the number of threads and confusion generating thereof aslo folks opening the thread for issues as trivial as merging of thread. This is not a trivial issue imho because when I made a thread it was meant to be something else and it ended up being the total opposite as if I said it. Therefore, two things happened. It made it look like I said something which I didn't. How would you like if Your post is somehow twisted to show that you DO NOT like merging the threads however you are conveying the opposite...exactly! The second is it kills the discussion cuz if three threads are discussing three different things and all 3 of them are merged in one thread. It kills the entire disucssion as the reader is confused as to what's going on. There are a couple more reasons but if you can counter these two, then I will come up with a few more.
