He is one guy who can make Usman Tariq regret his career choice. Agree with your view here. Having said that, S Iyer has looked out of form, upon his comeback into the Indian side (After a long layoff). Has not looked like the same player. Rhythm & Momentum hv taken a nosedive. Gollum 1

Aus batting lineup in this series is full of experienced batters. Yet they are struggling to play pak spinners. This makes me think that the Ind vs Pak contest would be a close one. (Chances are that Pak could outplay us, coz one of our openers is a tailender selected on mallu quota) they are not full of experienced batters.most havent played in these conditions.

Haan but he is a mentally tough guy who stands up in tournaments. Even against Pak, I think he has a good record. T20s mein form is overrated, even if he scores just 25 but takes apart Usman Tariq in an over, job well done. Frustrated 1
Manucrick Posted February 1 Posted February 1 We need to get Pakistan on Indian flat pitch then we can finish them forever those pigs got a safe house in Sri Lanka Gollum 1

If it is very low scoring, even Axar can play a good cameo, limited player but Axar is mentally tough and good batter against spin.

cowboysfan Posted February 1 Posted February 1 most of the pitches at RPS have been ****,why did we agree to play there?

Frustrated Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Pooks are very smart. They didn't include Usman Tariq in today's playing11, as a safety measure to not risk him getting reported. They will definitely unleash him against us on 15th Feb.

putrevus Posted February 1 Posted February 1 I don't think Aussies would sulk based on this series. They still can do very well in the world cup.

Aussies might do well and even win the tournament. But the stat says that they hv always performed like a minnow in every WT20 (except 2021)

deepdynamo Posted February 2 Posted February 2 Aus have been mercilessely exposed in this series. All new gen batters are completly dud against decent spin. Short, Connoly, Green, Renshaw, Phillipe, Owen didn't have any clue on how to go about vs pak spinners. Even Marsh was clueless and even Head faltered.
