vroomfondel Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 If they can, they should bat until an hour after tea, so score about 250-300 more...then get 10 over in this evening, and use the AM conditions with a fairly new ball tomorrow.

DomainK Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 Day 3 wont be a lot of problem for Australia. Its day 4 and 5 that will kill them. The pitch will still remain good for batting for another couple of sessions. Thats why I was insisting on a big first innings total.
Cricketics Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 Australia 340 -5 at stumps on day 3 Krappich - 182* Hussey - 72*
nikred Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 its the spinners game from the 3rd day onwards. aus - 323/8 with the spinners getting the bulk of wickets.:)
umpire Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 I see comfortable first session for Australia, just lose of 1 wicket. Just hour before tea there will be big turn around, and flurry of wickets.
SachDan Posted October 30, 2008 Posted October 30, 2008 AUS 316/5 Hayden 98, Ponting 79 Mishra 2/55 Australia 340 -5 at stumps on day 3 Krappich - 182* Hussey - 72* Why these Delhites think we cn't pick more than five wickets?? :giggle:
