King Tendulkar
No doubt he will be ranked number 1 in the world one day! Just a matter of when IMO. Terrorised ponting once again today! This kid is special! I think he will be ranked number 1 in the middle of 2010! Link to comment
Sachinism
I say middle of 2009 It is a long way to go, but a few top series' and he could get there I'd love to see him bowl in SA or England Link to comment
sm332
yeah he will need some series abroad .... SA, Eng and even Kiwiland later should be exciting prospects for us Zak Ishant RP Munaf Sreesanth those five seamers offer hope that we may have some decent results abroad soon Link to comment

SA, Eng and even Kiwiland later should be exciting prospects for us Zak Ishant RP Munaf Sreesanth those five seamers offer hope that we may have some decent results abroad soon I used to be a big believer in Sreesanth but I'm not sure now. He seems far to busy entering bollywood dancing competitions and being seen in the right hot spots rather than rehabbing like demon hell bent on returning to cricket. Seriously, how long does it take to recover from a side strain/back? He hasn't played since the IPL and it's largely down to him. Link to comment
flamy
Man, I too believe Sree can take us places. F***er is shooting himself in the foot. But, I still hope he comes back. Damn. Link to comment

Fontaine
Well with the current form our fast bowlers are in should be an indications to curators to provide more competitive pitches that have something in it apart from being flat tracks. Although I have to say I'm so impressed with the young lad. He's control and accuracy are phenomenal and he was getting reverse swing even today. Really, the Aussi bowlers could learn a thing or two from him!!! Link to comment
f.b.m
It might sound strange, but I think the opposite. Atleast against quality opposition, our seamers can outdo their opposition on flattish tracks. A wicket like the one in Mohali would be perfect, pretty much. Link to comment

bharat297
I know ... Sreesanth has the potential to destroy any attack with that seam position. Someone needs to tell him to grow up and put in the hard yards required to succeed at the top level. He has the skills ... just not the maturity or the attitude. Link to comment
fineleg
sreesanth going the way of IKP Link to comment
philcric
Ishant, Zaheer and Munaf seem to be the bowlers for all conditions. Sreesanth and RP need a bit in the pitch to do well. RP, after a great series in England has gone downhill and Sree hasn't played cricket for quite sometime. Link to comment
MundaPakistani
IMO he is already the 2nd best fast bowler in the world behind Steyn. Now that can obviously change if the likes of Akhtar and Flintoff can go through a series with out getting injured. Link to comment

bharat297
I dont see Shoaib coming back to full force. Now Mohammad Asif ... if he can sort everything out has the potential to be the no.1 bowler but its scandal after scandal for Asif ... and its a shame too because he was the best seam bowler I have seen since McGrath and he threw his career away. MundaPakistani
Yeah M Asif is a goner for sure. Despite his great talents i don't think he deserves to step on a cricket field in a national uniform for several years. Link to comment
Cricketics
why...what did he do? i thought he wasn't fit to play that million dollar per player game, as he struggled a bit during the penultimate game of that tournament.. yet he appeared as a bhikari in that game and didn't do anything in that game.. now we might soon hear... freedi to miss out first few odi's.. then we will hear.. freddiie might miss the whole odi series.. then he will hear.. freddie might drop out from test too to be fully fit for the tour to caribbean Link to comment
