Not only will he change the face of global politics as he is an individual that the rest of the world can much more readily embrace, he will bring back some much needed high IQ into the house hitherto held by a certified retard. I hope he continues Bush's policy of assisting Africa but little else...

House has 438 seats (distributed based on population of state).... makes total of 538 seats from all over country.. candidate need 1 more than half of those 538.. which makes 270 to win presidency.. ... Senate is considered as upper house IMO..
