Have lived there and have family there..Brilliant place but nothing beats Delhi. the atmosphere is amazing in Chandigarh and if i were ever to live anywhere else in India, it will be Chandigarh, since it's my second home. also Ludhaina is a great pleace.. the whole Punjab infact

Damn, at the least I should have done Engineering in Noida/Delhi. I could have seen some pretty girls. That said, beautiful girls dont have the brains to do engineering, so that option ruled out.
