Chinese Mirch on Lexington Ave and 5th(I think) in NYC. That's awesome too. Twin pepper lamb & schezuwan lamb are my personal favs!

Officially in NJ, but right across the river from NYC. Will definitely try the above place out. Just pulled it up on google maps and looks like it's pretty close to Jackson Heights.

There's this called 'Dosa Grill' in Edison, NJ. Probably the best joint for authentic South India cuisine... I never miss a chance to go there, whenever I go up north.

I had Butter Chicken from Chawla's in GK this time - it was mind blowing. I ordered it every single time I got an opportunity to do so while in Delhi.

It'll be a good year before I can try it out, but if you are in GK and feeling hungry......go for it! Rajeev, Bombay Chinese is awesome......the best in India. And if someone is snobbish enough it's perhaps the only place in India where you can get authentic Chinese, rather than Indo-Chinese.....maybe Bangalore has a few places now, not sure.

I had a Kolkata chef argue/sarcastic abt Bombay Chinese v.s Kokata Chinese - I said I have never tried it but the street side chinese in bombay is really really good
