I remember when I was a kid, I used to really look forward to the military parade, especially the part when the big missiles and the fighter jets came. It used to give me the illusion of great power and invincibility about our nation. :D Another one of my fears as a kid was when one of those big tanks used to point its massive cannons in the direction of the President, as a mark of salute. I always got nervous thinking 'what if the tank guy didnt like our President and decided to fire the cannon.:nervous:..'.. :D One more thing about the parade is that the Poor President has to stand-up and keep saluting frequently.And most of our Presidents are 70+..:giggle:
