ODI is slightly different from tests, you know. Also, We might hav won 4-1 or 5-0 with him in the ODI series. And if you have read the article. Warne is not talking about performances at all but Sachin's presence in the side

What an OTT thing to say. He's not G-d you know. :P Anyways, how much longer will Sachin be (or will need to be) the key player? I think right now the most important and valuable player is our captain. But after him, everyone takes about the same place (in terms of importance and value to the side) because of their vital contributions in their respective roles. If India are to become the #1 side, they ought to be able to win any game without Sachin or Dhoni based on the collective performance.

:two_thumbs_up: I was waiting for the mere presence to be mentioned. It is actually good that SRT is rested from meaningless ODIs (redundant use of words, ODI by default are that way) and he can play 2 years of Tests without any fitness problems.

As the greatest ODI batsman India have ever produced, his form is extremely crucial for the WC 2011. It would be such a poetic justice Tendulkar MOM WC 2011 final:two_thumbs_up:. As for the test number one position, our bowlers are more important than any of our batsmen .We need to take 20 wickets .

I think before WC 2011, India should look to improve its position in tests and win away from home, frequently. I wish we had more tests away this year than just the 3 against NZ!

Flamy buoy is one shameless hypocrite... He thinks people have forgotten his ridculous attention ***** tactics/trolling, almost every time Sachin faltered on the field, with his usual 'Goddy got spanky' or whatever it was.. And now, seems like the same Goddy who gets spanked has a 'speshul relationship' with Flamy buoy.. :winky:
