h4te Posted April 29, 2009 Posted April 29, 2009 How many here wear shoes/slippers or socks inside their house? A lot of my friends wear shoes (home shoes), and at first I found it really odd. I don't wear shoes or socks in my apartment, but if I go to someone else's, I will mostly have my socks on or still wear my shoes...

Cricketics Posted April 29, 2009 Posted April 29, 2009 Here in USA, our house is fully carpeted, so one can't really wear flip flops or shoes over here. Infact no one is allowed to come into our house with his/her shoes/flip flops on because of carpet. It can mess up the carpet.

Cricketics Posted April 29, 2009 Posted April 29, 2009 The other day one electrician had to visit our house. They don't take their shoes off. I had to make him wear those plastic polly bag type shoes over his regular shoes so that he doesn't mess up the carpet with his dirty muddy shoes
