Asian people stink?

A white girl who fancies me told me today that Indian and Chinese people stink a lot. This girl did not know that I was Asian. I told her- "guess what I am Indian and as you know I don't stink". She was really embarassed and said that she had nothing against Indian, Chinese and other Asians but a higher % of them do stink. I was kind of hurt inside even though she was not talking directly about me. I went home, calmed down and thought that maybe she did have a point. Stinky people can be found in all nationalities as it is to do with personal hygeine but the kind of food Asians eat (ie. spicey and not bland food) does have an effect on the way their sweat smells. 85% of the time when I come across a stinky person on public transport they turn out to be Paki, Indian or Sri Lankan ( Everytime I visit my Indian mates their house stinks of curry, their clothes smell of Indian restaurant. So my message to all desis here is get a friggin deoderant and check yourself cause you are giving rest of us clean Indians a bad name :finger: Would it be evil if after tapping her I tell her that she stinks down there? :hysterical:B->

I'd say stop worrying about us stinky Indians and work on getting your girl to the next base.

its true I also avoid sitting next to people from subcontinent during summers because half of desis still dont use deodorant. Especially the students can be bad at this as they may go to Uni and then straight to work and after that when they take the train they REALLY stink . Couple of months ago on tthe train a guy was stinking so much that every time he moved his arm I almost puked. I gave up 5 mins later and moved to another seat :(( .. He looked like 18-20 yr old student who had just moved to Aus and I thought of politely telling him that it'll be better if he keeps a deo with him at all times but then I didnt want to embarrass him

if we really want to suggest something, then it will be to those people who kweep bargaining and endup not buying that particular product. I dont want openly say the names of those few groups who continue this cheap act and give us a bad name that Indians are cheap and crap.

I know of at least 2 Chinese guys who shifted base to the grad student office( my building) they were alloted. They kept their clothes there, showered in the univ. gym, and ate at their friend's place. They would sleep in office and had no home. They were busted 2 years ago.
