The Outsider
The groups are predecided to a large extent. Our group will have South Africa, England, and West Indies. The other group will have New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Ireland, Pakistan/Holland. Link to comment

Holy cow, so nzland and lankans have one foot in semis already as they will have two minnows. Link to comment
King
India should be good against most. Pretty much every opponent will fear playing against India. As long as Indian team doesn't harbour that kind of anxiety or nervousness they will be fine. India is a quality side. We really need Viru to get back to the team. He could match the likes of Gayle, Dilshan and Gibbls ball by ball when in form or go even madder with the bat. Link to comment
Max_Cady
hey, if india have to [play new zeeland in final i think the cup is def. NOT coming home :((:((:((:((:((:((:(( its a big possibiltiy Link to comment

Holy cow, so nzland and lankans have one foot in semis already as they will have two minnows. yes, NZ and SL are almost though to the semis I would prefer India to play strong teams throughout the Super 8 because that would make them go to the semis in a better frame of mind .. they would not like to be complacent in an easy group Link to comment
flamy
We are playing Windies, England and SA. SA match is the final match of Super-8. Some terrific games on the way and I expect scintillating contests. We will bring this WC alive :yay: And if we do face NZ in the final, the cup is ours. Link to comment
Kartikey
i can see it being an Ind-Lanka final. Link to comment
King
Twenty20 could be anyone's game but if India reaches semis they will take the cup. They have been there, done that and has the right combination of players to do it all over again. It will be a tough task getting through to semi finals though. Link to comment
flamy
i can see it being an Ind-Lanka final. Dude Lanka have no batting Link to comment
Kartikey
NZ always mess up at the semi-final stage and i dont see it being different. Their bowling isnt actually that strong, our batting can take care of it. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
It is T20. Each opposition in the super eight have game breakers. Even if anyone of them get away and we have a bad day we could find ourselves in trouble. So i am prepared for any result. But i also back India to beat atleast WI and England. Link to comment
maggot_brain
How is everyone conveniently forgetting SA? I think they're the biggest threat to India's T20 crown. Link to comment
vvvslaxman
Yes. SA players had superb practice in the IPL. Link to comment
maggot_brain
Yes. SA players had superb practice in the IPL. Not only that, Batting: Smith, Kallis, De Villiers, Duminy, Boucher, Albie Morkel Bowling: Steyn, Kallis, A Morkel, M Morkel, Botha, van der Merwe andd their fielding is some of, if not the best in world cricket.
