A fair few Pak acts/singers feature regularly in Bolly music Strings are very good, have done some good songs for Indian films too- Shooutout at Lokhandwala and Zinda, both have good Strings songs-esp Yeh meri Kahani from Zinda (John Abraham and Sunjay Dutt became good friends with Strings after that film and JA even appeared intheir last video) Fuzon are another very good pak band. Their first album was excellent. The (then) lead singer of Fuzon sang 'Mitwa' from Kabhi Alvida NK. Atif Aslam aint overrated!!!! Is one of my fave bolly singers (Bakhuda tumhi ho from Kismat Konnection, Pehli nazar mein from Race to name two) Not in the class of KK. But 2nd best id say Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is really good too, does qawwali type numbers; Nusrats nephew no less Junoon are a top band, Sayonee is their most famous but theyve got a few good ones- Bulleyaa for eg Theres a Pak actor called Humayun Saeed who acted in the bollyflick Jashnn and apparently he was the only good thing about it. I like this song by a Pak band called 'Call' very Nirvana-esque kG4xgUmhmuM Great to see a CALL fan here ... have you heard Pukar unplugged version ?

Others are Vital signs (Aitebar and others), Junoon,Strings( Dhaani, Duur,Sohniye and some i cant` recall), Fuzon(while they had Shafqat as their lead singer). Atif is ok ,nothing toooo special. search for "Neend na aaye" on youtube,the Shafqat one. :) Among solos go for Najam sheraz, JJ, sheraz uppal,Faakhir (Mahi ve) and Haroon Noori was actually a rock band. But they were really good.

Was a Massive Fan of Strings, both Faisal and Bilal were awesome, havent heard any of their recent tracks, but yeah Duur and Dhani were real good albums. Atif Aslam sucks balls though, never liked him, even though the rage he created in the country sometime back. Yeah, do you remember the Song, Faisal and Bilal did for a Movie "Zinda". Guest Hiten. Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 If I am not mistaken Veer-Zaara was a Pakistani film remake and the songs were written by Pakistani lyrics (correct me?). Their songs don't breakthrough in the Indian market unless it is marketed in an Indian film, obviously with few exceptions.
