flamy Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 meh wat else is new. whole desi film industry is made mostly of talentless f ucks.
Texy Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 he did produce lots of good tunes that aren't copied....he's pretty talented...he has his own band....
Sachinism Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 ^^ he lets others do the hard work, make a few little changes and then make money of it
DomainK Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 Pritam is the most shameless copycat ever in the world. Manytimes he does not even bother to make a few changes.
DomainK Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 he did produce lots of good tunes that aren't copied....he's pretty talented...he has his own band.... Can you give some examples of his good original work?
Malcolm Merlyn Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 he is blot on bengalis.......who are known for their musical talent......he is a big copycat...and imagine some people give him awards for these copied tunes.......
nikred Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 he did produce lots of good tunes that aren't copied....he's pretty talented...he has his own band.... You mean the ones which are still not identified. Its a shame such people call themselves artists. The most important aspect of an artist is creativity, replicating music is not creativity. He didn't even try to alter the compositions, that shows he is not good enough to even improvise on the copied stuff. I despise such people.
Dirty_South Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 I stopped listening to new Bolly songs...99% are thrash,meaningless,awful songs.
EnterTheVoid Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 meh wat else is new. whole desi film industry is made mostly of talentless f ucks. NTR, Lata Mangeshwar, Asha Bhosle, A.R.Rehman, Akkineni Nagarjuna, satyajit ray, kishore kumar, chiranjeevi, venkatesh, sunny deol, sonu nigam, ..... etc The talent is there
punjabi_khota Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 NTR' date=' Lata Mangeshwar, Asha Bhosle, A.R.Rehman, Akkineni Nagarjuna, satyajit ray, kishore kumar, chiranjeevi, venkatesh, [b']sunny deol, sonu nigam, ..... etc The talent is there :hysterical::hysterical: You mentioned ONE bollywood actor and it is sunny deol...:haha::haha::haha: He is more like talunted, not talented so much.
punjabi_khota Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 I stopped listening to new Bolly songs...99% are thrash' date='meaningless, awful songs.[/quote'] Bollywood produces lovely tunes regularly. I think thats the best part about Bollywood. I usually skip the movies and hum the tunes.
Dirty_South Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 ^ lol....Sunny Deol out of all ! And no Big B ? :O
Dirty_South Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 Bollywood produces lovely tunes regularly. I think thats the best part about Bollywood. I usually skip the movies and hum the tunes. TBH...some songs are pretty decent but the singers f *** it up. NOthing to beat Kishore ,Rafi ! I listen to house, electro, proggy in clubs and to Old Kishore songs in my car, both lift my mood up :)
EnterTheVoid Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 Replace Sunny Deol with Amrish Puri :D Big B, Little B, SRK especially in Devdas, although I am starting to get sick of his loverboy roles I liked Kajol in Dilwale Dulhaniyah Le Jayenge. Barring the odd handful, most Indian actresses can't act for sh!t, they only look good. Eye candy, I suppose
EnterTheVoid Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 Veerzara was quite good too, too long but entertaining enough
Sooda Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 Yeah he's known for his plagairism. Although im sure he does come up with his own good ones too. Sometimes the original artist is given credit Cant blame em in a way; how many films does a 'good' director like him have to compose for in an year- about 5-8 maybe? To have more than 50 songs all original and all good is pretty hard going.
ViruRulez Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 But who is a bigger copycat.. Anu Malik or Pritam .. I still remember how he Anu Malik openly confessed that he copied tunes :hehe:
Sachinism Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 But who is a bigger copycat.. Anu Malik or Pritam .. I still remember how he Anu Malik openly confessed that he copied tunes :hehe: Well he had to openly admit it, everyone knew he copied and he would have looked like a right **** if he had said they were created all by himself
Sooda Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 To be fair to him Pritam admits to copying too. Its impossible not to hell get sued. I remember when Jannat came out im sure he admitted to some of that being copied...it had some pretty good songs - Zara Sa for eg The music for Life in a Metro is pretty good, not sure if its stolen though
