Because subcontinent players may not be that proficient in English. Some one like Praveen, RP still struggle. But Indians are better compared to others. Ganguly, Dravid, Dhoni are all fluent. On a side note, i heard Abhinav Mukund. He is very fluent in English. Probably the most fluent i have heard from an Indian player.
